Harbour craft.

1. In the course of discussion the

Ministry of Transport have pointed out that

in addition to the craft included in the list

accompanying your despatch No. 19 of the

30th January 1948, for which the Ministry

of Transport are the disposal authority,

there are also in use by the Hong Kong

Government certain other craft belonging to,

or at one time belonging to, the Admiralty

and the War Office.

2. These other craft were included (as well

as Ministry of Transport craft) in lists

submitted by the Director of Marine (then

Harbour Master) Hong Kong to the Ministry of

Transport in 1947. The total valuations for

the craft given by the Director of Marine on

those
